International Hispanic Cultural Institute, Inc.-123 West Mills St. Suite 615
The IHCI was formed with the intent of minimizing the drop-out rate in El Paso schools by using the arts to motivate children to stay in school and seek higher education. It hosts the International Latino Arts Fiesta which celebrates the Latino cultural heritage of area residents.
